Buffalo chicken wraps bring together spicy, tangy buffalo-sauced chicken with crisp vegetables and a cooling element like ranch or blue cheese dressing, all rolled in a soft flour tortilla. They come together in about 30 minutes and require no oven time. A solid option when you want bold flavor without much fuss.

Instructions
Prepare the Chicken: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips, cooking until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Pour the buffalo sauce over the chicken, tossing to coat evenly. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes, until the sauce slightly thickens and absorbs.
Assemble the Wraps: Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly divide the shredded lettuce among them, followed by the diced tomatoes, buffalo chicken, and crumbled blue cheese.
Drizzle and Wrap: Drizzle each wrap with ranch dressing. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom, keeping the filling tightly packed inside.
Notes
For a milder version, use less buffalo sauce or substitute with BBQ sauce.
To speed up the caramelization, add a pinch of sugar to the chicken when sautéing.
