Grilled peaches and thin-sliced prosciutto top a beef burger patty for a combination of smoky, sweet, and salty flavors. A quick turn on the BBQ or grill pan caramelizes the peaches and adds char to the patty. The whole burger is assembled and ready in under 30 minutes.

Instructions
Preheat your grill or griddle pan over medium heat (around 176°C/350°F).
In a mixing bowl, gently mix ground beef with a pinch of salt and pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.
Place the patties on the heated grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach desired doneness.
Meanwhile, brush sliced peaches with BBQ sauce and grill until grill marks appear, approximately 2 minutes per side.
In the last minute of cooking the patties, lay a slice of prosciutto over each burger.
Assemble the burgers by spreading a tablespoon of mayonnaise on each bun, then layer with grilled peach slices, burger patty with prosciutto, and a handful of arugula. Top with the other half of the bun.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute the beef with a plant-based burger patty and omit the prosciutto.
For an added twist, use smoked gouda cheese melted over the patties before assembling.
